Massage Therapy is a science, a healing art, and for many individuals, a great way to support their efforts to take care of themselves. It's especially effective combined with fitness programs, dance, yoga, chiropractic, physical therapy and acupuncture/pressure. My massage techniques include deep tissue, neurokinetic, neuromuscular, myofascial and orthopedic methods. I'm also certified in oncology and pediatric massage.  

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses specific hands-on methods of tuning into your body's own deep, constant, holistic health. This therapy is profoundly relaxing physically and mentally and helps to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and pain, and regulate and stimulate healing from the inside, out.  This healing modality is excellent for PTSD, migraines, concussions, post-surgery, tongue and lip releases, and anxiety.

Myofascial Release  (John Barnes method) addresses pain and constrictive patterns in the deep fascial web of connective tissue.  It's a gentle, yet deep way to meet the tissue, gently stretch it, and release it for less compression on muscles, nerves and blood flow.  MFR can create relief for all forms of pain, headaches, injuries, jaw pain and long-term poor postural habits.  

Each visit is a new one and my treatments are as dynamic and varied as the symptoms and feelings you express when you arrive.
